The Company began developing hybrid technology in 2004 upon an agreement reached with Toyota to share patents. Later in 2004 they introduced the Escape Hybrid. This vehicle was the first hybrid electric SUV to go on sale. Today, they are the second largest US based automaker (following GM) in total vehicle sales. While the road has not always been easy for Ford, it has managed to survive in a market when that isn’t an easy task to accomplish.

Replacing the windshield on your Ford is for the most part affordable. They are some of the most common vehicles on the road. Some models do come with many options that can drive the price up. For example, on the F-150 truck there is a plain windshield, one with a “F-150” logo, a “Ford” oval logo, with or without acoustic inter-layer, with or without a rain sensor. All of these options effecting the price. Auto glass and windshields will fit multiple years of the same make and model. If it is a brand new model, chances are the glass is going to be expensive.
